Customers order comics and albums that are not in stock every day. Those orders were tracked manually, and customers had to call or visit to find out whether their book had arrived. With hundreds — and eventually thousands — of orders, keeping track became increasingly difficult.
Oryn built a custom order system tailored to the shop. Staff can register an order at the counter in seconds, track every order through a clear dashboard, and as soon as a book arrives the customer automatically receives an email from the shop’s own address letting them know it is ready for pickup.
